Education Funding Cuts - Get rid of bad teachers

Progressive school Heads will use the current funding cuts to get rid of bad teachers. What a fantastic opportunity to get rid of old-school dinosaurs who don't know how to motivate or teach the youth of today. The one's who won't update their teaching methods because they're counting the seconds to retirement should also go.

I've seen them in action, expecting kids to sit in rows and learn by writing things out of a textbook. Twenty-first century kids won't stand for it. Even the good ones.

Unfortunately, old-school dinosaur Heads will start by trimming the extra-curricular things that do motivate kids such as enterprise education, reward trips and school business visitors. They won't have the bottle to do what's right. Michael Gove, please keep an eye open for them and do something about it.
