Raising Participation Age

The government's plans for raising the participation age of school students to eighteen is, as usual, seriously flawed. 

Please could someone explain how closing down schools, cancelling refurbishing programmes and cutting school building budgets ties in with expecting them to handle an extra two year's worth of kids? Where are they going to put them?

Surely this should be planned now.

Mr Gove, get a grip mate.
