Schools to prioritise vulnerable pupils

The Government keep talking about giving schools power to run themselves by becoming academies etc. Then you hear stories that they're dictating what type of pupils can be admitted.

Headteachers must be tired of all these changes made seemingly on a political whim. Do schools really turn away vulnerable kids? Not from what I've seen. many schools take these pupils on to their own detriment in terms of time allocated to manage them.

Politicians please get back to bankrupting our country and leave Education to the experts please.
