UK Literacy shows no improvement

Despite years of Ofsted and tinkering with the curriculum the UK still cannot turn out kids with top class reading and writing skills. This is going to cost us big-time in the future as kids from India and China start getting the jobs and contracts.

Who can sort out this mess? Michael Gove?
